Adlerhorst
Our charming “Adlerhorst” rooms are located on the north side of the third story (U.S.: fourth story). Each room features a dormer affording a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding alpine countryside. This also means that the rooms are bright and cheerful. With a sofa and 26-inch flat-screen t.v. for relaxing hours of entertainment. The bathrooms feature a shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, and hot-air blower / hair dryer. These rooms also have enough room to install an extra cot or children’s bed.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Our cancellation conditions:
The advance partial payment which you make with the confirmation of reservation is non-refundable, and will be retained by us for every cancellation. Any changes to your reservation made more than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival will thus entail no additional costs. In the case of cancellations and changes made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night of your stay. The advance partial payment will not be deducted from the price of the stay. In the case of failure to appear and cancellations made only 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the total price of your planned stay.
Attention:
When reserving several rooms, the advanced partial payment is divided among the various different rooms; in the case of cancellations or changes, it cannot be transferred to the other rooms!

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
- All prices are in Euro, are per person and per day, and include all booked services and amenities.
- Arrival and departure: Your room will be available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. of the day of your scheduled arrival. We ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. of the day of your scheduled departure.
- In the case of stays of less than 3 days, we will charge you a surcharge of 10% per person and per day.
- Children’s price discounts apply only for children staying in their parents’ room.
- Small dogs are permitted in certain specified rooms and only after previous agreement. For your four-legged friend, we will charge you a surcharge of €20,00 per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness facilities, garden in the wellness area, swimming pool, library, and beauty zone. We ask that you bring a blanket for your dog.
- To help you avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you check your insurance coverage and obtain travel cancellation insurance.
- With the publication of the currently valid price list, all previous prices become invalid. We accept no liability for mistakes and printing errors.
- We reserve the right to make changes at any time to prices, offerings, and activities.
- All guests 14 years old or older will be charged the local lodging tax amounting to €2,50. This surcharge is not included in the listed total prices.
- You can reserve a room belonging to a specific room category. However, special wishes regarding specific room numbers and/or floors cannot be guaranteed (though we will do our best to accommodate you).
- In the case of a late check-out, you will be required to pay a surcharge of €45,00 per person. This can be booked according to the availability, and cannot be scheduled in advance.
- We accept EC cards, Mastercard, VISA, or cash. Any services or amenities that you book but do not make use of will not be refunded or credited to your account. We accept no checks and no American Express.
- To ensure a stress-free and relaxing stay, we recommend that you reserve your wellness treatments prior to your arrival.
